This is God’s personal mission for his people. God knows the assault that we face daily.

1. The goal of the enemy is to steal kill and destroy what is most dear to God and that is us, MEN.
- We are the heads and through us families are saved or destroyed.
2. The story of your life is the story of the brutal assault on your heart by the one who knows what you could be and fears it.
3. We are at war and that war is against your heart.
4. Why does every story have a villain? This is a representation of the spiritual aspect of our lives

For those Dads that are interested, the City of Lewisville is holding its annual Funny Bunny Festival.This is a great time to volunteer and bring your kids as well.
Volunteers are needed to help at this annual event. Volunteers will be helping with: face painting, carnival games, photos with bunny, at the bouncy houses and with the egg hunts.
Volunteers must be 12 years or older to volunteer. Volunteers will need to arrive by 7:45 a.m. to check in and plan to stay until at least 1 p.m. or the event area is cleaned.

General Information
Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex located adjacent to Rosemeade Recreation Center, consists of a 50-meter Olympic-size pool, 25-meter short course, separate diving well and training pool. New in 2009 is a 22-foot structure with a two-flume slide. The Rosemeade Rainforest section features a zero-depth entry pool, two platform levels with bridge, water cannons, bubblers, spray bars, water slides, a 200-foot lazy river and a 600-gallon dump bucket. The complex also includes a newly renovated bathhouse and concession area, a new deck, picnic tables, lounges and shaded areas.

THE GOAL
Editors note: It is hard to fully capture the magnitude of Heaven and how a place like that is going to look like. Jesus said that he was going to prepare a place for us. Presumably, Jesus has been preparing a place for us for over 2000 years. If the creator of the universe is taking this long to prepare a place for us, what a place it is to look forward to.

Hebrews 11:39-40
…..40God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.
- From the hall of faith, we see that the patriarchs and all the prophets sacrificed so much so that we can have access to God today through Jesus Christ, but that was not the end goal, the end goal is for all of us to be made perfect by making it to heaven. Spending eternity together, this is the Goal
Isaiah 65:17
- God says that he will create a new heaven and a new earth, and God stresses a point by stating that the former things will not be remembered nor will they come to mind.
- By looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, it’s beyond our imagination just how it will look like, but as we’ll see later it is a vision to ‘die for”.
Description of Heaven
Genesis 2:8-9
- God has always intended to live among his children. From the first home in the garden of Eden where he provided everything to the future home in heaven.
John 14:2-3 2 Corinthians 1:22
- Jesus describes a metaphorical house with many rooms and a day that he will come back and take us to live with him.
- Jesus was giving us something to look forward to, something to hope for. He gave us his spirit as a deposit guaranteeing what is to come.
- When you put down a deposit on the perfect house you look forward with anticipation the day you close and can not wait to live in it.
Revelations 21 & 22
1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. …………
3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4He will wipe every tear from their eyes. - The tree of life
- A very safe and permanent home.
Whether these illustrations are symbolic or literal, one can not help but wonder just how unfathomable they are; yet the soul yearns to see it all.
